The plane crash in the Hudson River

The plane crash on the Hudson River on Thursday, January 15th, 2009 won't ever be forgotten.

I'm sure everyone saw and heard the story of the guys going to Myrtle Beach on a golfing trip. Well I went to high school with Jeff Kolodjay and I am very happy that nothing happened to him and his father and his friends that were with him. God was with him and everyone else that was on that plane that day.
The pilot, Chesley B. “Sully” Sullenberger III, is a remarkable pilot and deserves all the praise in the world for the miracle he performed in "landing" that plane safely in the Hudson and not having a single fatality.

To the New York Fire and Rescue, the Red Cross, the Coast Guard and everyone else who aided in getting everyone promptly out of the frigid water, you truly are amazing!
My thoughts and prayers to the families of everyone involved.
